You were in-depth, going over everything before giving the estimate. Charlie was top-notch, professional and detail oriented. He made sure everything was perfect, even going so far as to take the box apart to show me the way it was wired. I appreciated the follow-up to make sure the city inspectors and TEP were doing what they were supposed to be doing and when they weren't. I also liked that you were available at all hours to get it sorted out.
